ORDINANCE NO. 12,843
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6000 BLOCK WEST ON
MABELVALE CUT -OFF IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2644 - Described as a tract of land located in the NE'k. Section
122 T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
starting at the northwest corner of said NE'k, Section 12; thence S 89' 43' 10 11E
along the north line of said NE'k 680.0 ft. to the point of beginning; thence
S 89' 43' 10 "E and continuing along said north line 1310.0 ft. to a point;
thence S 0' 16' 50 'W3% 500 ft. to a point; thence N 89' 43' 10 "W, 774.25 ft. to
a point; thence S 0' 35' W, 160.0 ft. to a point on the south line of the NJ
N'k NE'k said Section 12; thence N 89' 43' 10 "W, 330.0 ft. to a point; thence
N 0' 35% 125.11 ft. to a point; thence N 21' 54' 19" W, 545.26 ft. to a
point; thence north 30.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 15.21 acres

545.15 ft. to the point of beginning; thence S 89' 43' 10" E and continuing
along said north line 134.85 ft. to a point; thence south, 30.0 ft. to a point;
thence S 21' 54' 19" E, 545.26 ft. to a point; thence S 0. 351W, 125.11 ft.
to a point; thence N 89' 43' 10" W, 155.02 ft. to a point; thence N 0' 35'E,
94.13 ft. to a point; thence N 23' 02' 10" W, 469.19 ft. to a point; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
