AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR VARIOUS
PARK PURPOSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $43,560.00 is hereby appropriated
from General Federal Revenue Sharing Funds to cover the cost
of completing certain projects and making improvements and
providing maintenance, all as set out below:
(a) Complete block building and paving $11,000.00
parking area at Boyle Park
(b) Replacing floor of pavilion at War 3,400.00
Memorial Park
(c) Paving Cart paths at Hindman Park 4,000.00
(d) Miscellaneous Park repairs 3,000.00
(e) Basketball court at Birchwood Park 1,000.00
(f) Replace heating /air conditioning system 3,000.00
at War Memorial Clubhouse
(g) Leveling dozer for ground works(purchase) 15,000.00
(h) Plexipave tennis courts and fence area 3,160.00
at Meriwether Park
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
