AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO COVER
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S SHARE OF CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT DEFICIT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $40,793.24 is hereby appropriated
from General Federal Revenue Sharing Funds to defray the City's
share of Central Arkansas Transit's deficit covering the months
of June and July and the anticipated deficit for the months of
August. This appropriation is made in accordance with an Agree-
ment of the parties dated April 19, 1972.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
