AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $27,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND TO DEFRAY COSTS OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $27,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to defray
costs of a Public Employment Program. Upon receipt of funds
from the United States Department of Labor, the said sum of
$27,000.00 will be refunded to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
