AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY
EXPENSES OF A DEFICIT OF PARKING GARAGE
CONSTRUCTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to cover a deficit
of the Parking Garage Construction. This said sum will be refunded
to the City by the Little Rock Parking Authority.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
