ORDINANCE NO. 12,815
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
From various zones to "C" Two - family District
Blocks 5 and 6 of Cunninghams Addition.
Block 1; Lots 7 through 12 of Blocks 2 and 3, Forest Hill Addition.
Block 3 of L. W. Coys Highland Addition.
Block 1 of Powers Addition.
Blocks 1 through 3 of Marshall and Coffman's Addition.
Blocks 3 and 4 of Patrick Powers Addition.
Lots 9 through 16 of Block 3; Blocks 4 and 5; Lots 14 through
16 of Block 6 of Heismans Addition.
Blocks 1 and 2 of Central Heights Addition.
Blocks 5 through 10 of C. 0. Kimball and Bodeman's Addition.
Blocks 1 and 2 of Plunkett's Addition.
From various zones to "D" Apartment District
Lots 9 through 16 of Block 3, Reyburn and Wrights Addition.
From various zones to "E" Apartment District
That portion of the NE'k SW'k SW'k, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
lying south of Interstate 630 and east of the centerlane of,
Coleman Creek.

From various zones to "E -1" Quiet Business District
Lots 1 through 6 of Blocks 2 through 4 of Forest Hill Addition.

All in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and designated "District Map" be and
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
