AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2722 - Described as a parcel of land lying in
part of the SW'k, NE'k and part of the NWk, SE'k, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: begin-
ning at the northeast corner of said NW'k, SEk, Section 25; thence run south
along the west line of Lot 1, Harold's Subdivision for a distance of 58.8 ft.
to a point, thence run west 100 ft. to a point, thence run south 209 ft. to a
point, thence run N 89' 52' 30" W 230.8 ft. to a point, thence run north
267.8 ft. to a point, thence run N 89' 52' 30" W 14 ft. to a point on the east
right -of -way of Mabelvale Pike, thence run along said east line of said road
N 44' 02' E 191 ft. to a point, thence run S 84' 46' 30" E 110.97 ft. to a
point, thence run S 01' 21' 45" E 127.45 ft. to a point, thence run S 89' 52'
30" E 100 ft. to the point of beginning, containing in all 1.98 acres more or
less. Less and except that portion lying within the proposed 65th Street

Subsection (b) - Z -2721 - Described as part of Block 11, of
Pike Addition to the City of Little Rock, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at a point 8 ft. south of and 150 ft. west of the north-
east corner of Block 11, of Pike Addition, thence run S 150.0' to a point,
thence run west 124' to a point, thence run N070 W 150' more or less to a
point which is 199.8' east of the northwest corner of the said Block 11 and
8' south of said point, thence run east 145.0' to the point of beginning,
containing in all 0.45 acres more or less, in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Subsection (c) - Z -2725 - Described as Wk, NW, SE, NE, except-
ing the I -30 right -of -way of Sec. 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W. From: "A" One - family
District to: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2726 - Described as south 165' of the west
468.9' of Tract 5, Commonwealth Addition, except the west 30' thereof and
part of the SW'k of SW'k of Sec. 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; more particularly described as: begin 30' east of the northwest
corner of said SWk of SWk of said Section 30, thence east 438.9 feet, thence
south 95 feet; thence west 108.2 feet; thence north 45 ft.; thence west
330.7 ft. to the east right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence north
along said right -of -way line 50 ft. to the point of beginning. From: "A"
One- family District to: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2729 - Described as all of Lots 3 and 5
except the south 120 ft. thereof. From: "A" One - family District to: "E"
Apartment District, and all of Lot 4, except the west 250 ft. thereof.
From: "A" One- family District to: "E" Apartment District; all of Lots 1,
23 7 and 8; the east 50 ft. of the west 250 ft. of 4 and 49.5 ft. strip
lying adjacent to and south of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5. From: "A" One - family
District to: "MF 24" Multi - family District, all lying within Hocott Home -
sites Addition and the NW'k NW'k, Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W.
Subsection (f) - Z -2731 - Described as Lot 11, Block 22, Newton
Addition to Pulaski Heights, Little Rock. From: "E -1" Quiet.Business
District to: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2604 - Described as Lot 12, Block 2, Barber
Avenue Subdivision, Little Rock. From: "C" Two - family District to: "D"
Apartment District.
Subsection (h) - Z -2701 - Described as the Wk of the SWk SEk,
Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, less and except the north 400 ft., more particu-
larly described as: beginning at a point which is the southwest corner of
the SWk SEk, Section 29; thence N 00' 50' 55" W along the west line of said
SWk SEk 929.3 ft. to a point; thence S 89' 55' 51" E 654.1 ft. to a point
which is on the east line of the Wk SWk SEk; thence S O1* 11' 46" E along
said east line of the Wk SWk SEk 930.4 ft. to a point,on the south line of
the SWk SEk, which is also the southeast corner of the Wk SWk SEk; thence
N 89' 50' 41" W 659.8 ft. to the point of beginning containing 14.02 acres,
all lying within the City limits of Little Rock. From: "A" One - family
District to: "Iff 6" Multi- family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
