AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z- 2621 -A - described as beginning at the
southwest corner of the SEk NE'k said Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence N1°
28' W along the west line of said SE'k NE'k 20.7 ft. to a point on the south
bank of Fourche Creek; thence N48° 59' E along said south bank 95.1 ft.;
thence N45° 54' E and continuing along said south bank 118.7 ft.; thence
N41° 10' E and continuing along said south bank 121.3 ft.; thence N57' 28'
E and continuing along said south bank 141.5 ft.; thence N48° 48' E and
continuing along said south bank 107.8 ft.; thence N57° 49' E and continuing
along said south bank 150.8 ft.; thence N50° 21' E and continuing along said
south bank 141.7 ft. to a point on the west right -of -way line of U.S. High-
way #67 -70; thence S5° 24' W along said west right -of -way line 575.0 ft. to
a point on the south line of the SE'k NE'k said Section 24; thence S89° 46'
W along said south line 618.6 ft. to the point of beginning of the tract of
land therein described, containing 194,270.71 sq. ft. or 4.460 acres, more
or less. From: "F" Commercial District To: "G -1" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2971 - described as Lot 1, 2 and E'k of
3, Block 11, Woodruff Addition. From: "C" Two - family To: "H" Business
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
