ORDINANCE NO 13,104
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23 -3.8 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO TAXICAB TRIPS
ORIGINATING AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIR-
PORT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 23 -3.8 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock pertaining to rate for trips originating
at the Little Rock Municipal Airport is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 23 -3.8. Rate for trips originating at Airport.
Meter and zone rates shall not apply to trips originating
at the Little Rock Municipal Airport and terminating at
points within Zone 1 in the City of Little Rock. The
rate for such trips shall be as follows:
Three dollars ($3.00) for one passenger and One Dollar
($1.00) for each additional passenger."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
