AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 100 BARROW ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -M3 -A - described as part of the SWk NW'k, Section 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, now in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 30 ft.
west and 45 ft. south of the northeast corner of the SWk NW'k, Section 2,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, said point being the southwest corner of the intersection of
West Markham and John Barrow Road; thence S00° 04' east along the west right-
of-way line of John Barrow Road for 609.8 ft. to the northeast corner of
Pennbrook Subdivision Section D; thence N89° 27' west along the north line
of the said subdivision for 54.5 ft. more or less to a point on the east
right -of -way line of the proposed relocation of John Barrow Road; thence in
a north and northwesterly direction along said proposed right -of -way line
for 770 ft. more or less to a point on the south right -of -way line of West
Markham Street, said point being 476.9 ft. west of the point of beginning;
thence east along the said south right -of -way line of West Markham Street
for 476.9 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 3.8 acres more or less.
From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
