AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -607 -A - described as south 40 ft. of Lots
5 and 6 and all of Lots 7 and 8, Block 10, Woodruff's Addition. From:
"C" Two - family and "D" Apartment District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2943 - described as part of the E2 of the
NWk of Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: begin at the northeast corner of the
NW'k of said Section 12; thence SO1° 47' 15" west along the east line of the
NW'k 1322.0 feet for the point of beginning; thence continue SO1° 47' 15" west
along said east line of the NW'k 643.35 feet; thence N87° 17' 27" west 231.25
f"t; thence NO1° 47' 15" east 140.0 feet; thence N870 17' 27" west 100.00
feet; thence NO1° 47' 15" east 183.35 feet; thence N87° 17' 27" west 128.60
feet; thence N27° 00' west 123.00 feet; thence NO2° 00' east 112.20 feet;
thence N30° 00' west 120.00 feet; thence S87° 17' 27" east 581.90 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 284,861.94 square feet, or 6.540 acres, less and
except a 100 foot + strip dedicated to the City of Little Rock for Boyle Park
Bike Trail (Resolution #5294) being 1.4 + acres lying on the west boundary of
subject property, and less and except.9 + acres to traverse subject property
as West Park Drive, leaving a balance of 4.3 + acres to be rezoned. From:
"A" One - family District To: "MF 24" Multi - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2949 - described as Lot 15R, Glenhaven
Subdivision. From: "A" One - family and "E -1 -A" Nursing Lodging and Undertaking
District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

force from and after its passage and approval.
