AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY
THE COST OF AN ELECTION REGARDING ANNEXATION
OF LANDS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $11,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to defray
the cost of an election to be held November 13, 1975 regarding
the annexation of certain lands to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
