AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2933 - described as Lot 16, Block 8, Elmhurst
Addition. From: "B" Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2935 - described as part of the SWk SWk,
Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of said SWk SWk
and run thence south along range line 617.0 ft. to the point of beginning of
this description; run thence east 231.7 ft. to iron pin; thence run south
parallel to the range line 183.5 ft.; thence run west 231.7 ft. to range line;
thence run north 183.5 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.85 acres
more or less, exclusive of 30 ft. strip in Geyer Springs Road. From: "A"
One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2936 - described as Block 1, Oak Park
Addition. From: "B" Residence District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2937 - described as Lot 12, Block 27 of
Bragg's 2nd Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
except a triangular parcel in the southeast corner thereof conveyed to Ark-
ansas State Highway Commission, described as beginning at the southeast corner
of said Lot 12; thence N87° 39' W along the south line of Lot 12 a distance of
3.38 ft. to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of the Little Rock
Expressway; thence N22' 39' E along said right -of -way line 9.42' to a point
on the east line of Lot 12; thence S1' 58' W along said east line 8.93' to
the point of beginning. From: "C" Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z- 1403 -A - described as Lot 2, Saugey Addi-
tion. From: "A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District and Lot 3,
Saugey Addition. From: "A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
