AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE CITY'S GENERAL
FUND AND FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS TO FINANCE
CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $163,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used for the purchase of
River Mountain Park lands.
SECTION 2. The sum of $624,000.00 is hereby appropriated from Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds for use by the City to fund the following programs
and projects:
a) Street lighting costs
b) Firemen salaries
c) Sanitation trucks (four)
d) Library operating budget
e) Street resurfacing
f) Intersection signalization
g) Arts Center - Neighborhood Arts Program
h) Boys Club Park Maintenance

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
