AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $140,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND TO BE USED FOR PAYMENT IN DEFRAYING THE COSTS
OF OPERATION OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $140,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance'of the General Fund for payment
to Central Arkansas Transit as the City's share of the cost of
operation and maintenance of said transit system for the year
1975.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
