AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37 -3 (e) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO APPROVAL OF
PRELIMINARY PLATS BY PROVIDING AN ADDITIONAL
PARAGRAPH (4); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 37 -3. (e) of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by adding thereto an additional paragraph 4
which shall read as follows:
(4) Each subsequent preliminary plat on the same property
or any portion thereof, shall supersede any previous approved
plat, and shall make same null and void. Any return to a pre-
viously approved plat shall require Planning Commission review
and approval.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
