ORDINANCE NO. 13,021
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AS THE
CITY'S SHARE OF THE DEFICIT COST OF OPERATION
OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT FOR THE YEAR 1975;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $116,666.66 is hereby appropriated
from Federal Revenue Sharing funds to be used for the purpose
of paying the City's total remaining commitment of the annual
commitment for 1975 of $140,000.00 (the months of January and
February having heretofore been paid) toward the deficit cost
of operation of Central Arkansas Transit.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to pay said sum in such manner and at such
times as is deemed prudent taking into consideration the cash
flow needs of Central Arkansas Transit and the availability
of Federal Grant funds for operation and maintenance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
