ORDINANCE NO. 13,013
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2895 - Described as the W2 aE Lots 1, 2
and 3, Block 11, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition. From: "C" Two - family
District To: "E-l" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2897 - Described as that part of Lot 20,
Block 2, White City Addition, described as follows: beginning at the
northwest corner of said lot; thence south along the west line of Lot 20
to the southeast corner of Lot 8; thence east parallel with the south line
of Lot 20 to a point opposite the southeast corner of Lot 2; thence north
to the southeast corner of Lot 2; thence northwesterly direction along the
north line of Lot 20 to the point of beginning, all in Block 2, White City
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From:
"A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z- 2066 -A - Described as the west 54.37 ft.
of the SWk of Lot 5, Howard Adams Subdivision of the E2 of NW'k NE'k,
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and the south 50 ft. of the north 150 ft. of
the NZ of W2 of Lot 5, except the East 50 ft. thereof of the Howard Adams
Subdivision of the E2 of NWk NE'k, Sec. 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, all in the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "B" Residence District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 1673 -A - Described as Lots 8, 9, 10 and
11, Block 20, Bellvue Addition, lying west of Cantrell Road. From:
"E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2892 - Described as Lot 1, Biehslich
Addition. From:
"F" Commercial District To:
"H" Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
