AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $50,000.00
FOR EXPENSES AND OPERATING COSTS AT THE LITTLE
ROCK PORT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of Little Rock for expenses
incurred in the railroad construction project and other oper-
ating expenses through February 28, 1975 at the Little Rock
Port.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
