ORDINANCE NO 13,007
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE MASTER STREET PLAN
AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
PERMIT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE BY RYDER
SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE PLANNED RIGHT OF WAY
OF 34th STREET EXTENDED BETWEEN MARTEL AND
I -30 AND EAST 34th STREET AND THE CHICAGO,
ROCK ISLAND AND PACIFIC RAILROAD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan as it would otherwise
apply to 34th Street and Martel and I -30 on the West and East
respectively and East 31st Street and the Chicago, Rock Island
and Pacific Railroad on the North and South respectively is
hereby waived and the responsible personnel are hereby author-
ized to issue a building permit to an existing structure sit-
uated within said planned right of way.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
