AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,881 OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ALLOW FOR INTER-
DEPARTMENTAL ACCOUNT TRANSFERS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12,881 of the Board of Directors
passed December 18, 1973 is hereby amended to permit the City
Manager to make interdepartmental budget transfers to cover
deficit accounts in the 1974 budget.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
