AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY
THE COST OF THE ANTICIPATED DEFICIT OF
CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT FOR OPERATION FOR
THE REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR 1974; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from General Revenue Sharing Funds to pay the City's share
of the expected deficit of Central Arkansas Transit incurred
during the remainder of the fiscal year 1974.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
