AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 826 BEECHWOOD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2878 - Described as part of Lot 1, Block 63, Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows: Begin at a point 89.4 feet South of the NW corner of said Lot 1,
thence South 38.5 feet along the West line of Lot 1, thence Southeast 17 feet
along the line between said Lot 1 and the alley, thence Northeasterly 138.1
feet along the South line of said Lot 1 to a point on the West line of Beech
Street, thence Northwesterly 20.5 feet along the said West line to the inter-
section of the Southerly line of Hillcrest Avenue, thence Northwesterly 37.7
feet along the Southerly line of Hillcrest Avenue to a point which point is
104 feet Southeasterly from the NW corner of said Lot 1, thence Southwesterly
103 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A" Single Family To: "C" Two
Family.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 72 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
