AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 3400 BLOCK OF ANNA STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -3053 - described as that portion of the SW'k of the NEk and of
the SE'k of the NWk of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
consisting of 300 ft. east -west and 400 ft. north -south and being 3 acres more
or less; more particularly described as: start at a point which is the inter-
section of the west right -of -way line of Anna Street and the north right -of -way
line of Asher Avenue; thence northerly along the west right -of -way line of
Anna Street a distance of 140 ft. to the point of beginning; thence continue
northerly along the said right -of -way a distance of 260 ft. to a point; thence
run southwesterly on a line 90° from the previous course for 300 ft. to a
point; thence southeasterly on a line 90' from the previous course for a
distance of 260 ft. to a point; thence run northeasterly on a line to the
point of beginning. From: "B" Residence District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
