AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z- 3001 -A - described as a part of the SW'k NW'k,
Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of said SW'k NWk;
thence north 30.0 ft.; thence east 49.0 ft. to a point of beginning; thence
NO10 00' 52.7" W 1167.77 ft. along the east right -of -way of University Avenue;
thence along a curve to the right having R =30.0 ft. and delta = 91° 09' 53 ";
thence S89' 51' 00" E 290.38 ft. along the south right -of -way of West Markham
Street; thence N00° 09' 00" E 10.0 ft.; thence S89' 51' 00" E 1090.00 ft. to
the southwest corner of the intersection of West Markham Street and South
Taylor Street; thence SO. 09' 16" E 1222.41 ft.; thence N89° 39' 50" W 710.32
feet; thence NO. 36' 50" E 9.73 ft.; thence N89° 39' 50" W.682.90 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 39.04 acres, more or less. From: "B"
Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3050 - described as the south 400 ft. of the
east one -half of Tract 9, Arnold's Highland Acres. From: "A" One - family
District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
