AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8701 WEST MARKHAM STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z- 1437 -A - described as part of the NWk SE'k NWk, Section 2,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as commencing at the
southeast corner of the NWk SE'k NWk, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence N614.6 ft.
to the south right -of -way of West Markham Street; thence S88° 32' west along
the south right -of -way of West Markham Street 216.9 ft. to the point of begin-
ning; thence continue along said right -of -way 200 ft.; thence south 150 ft.;
thence east parallel to the south right -of -way of Markham Street, 200 ft.;
thence north 150 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 30,000 sq. ft.,
more or less. From: "A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
