ORDINANCE NO 13,179
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36 -24 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO FINAL REPAIRS
OF CORPORATION CUTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 36 -24 of the Code of Ordinances
pertaining to final repairs to corporation cuts is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"After all compaction requirements are met, the City
Street Department shall complete repairing the street
cuts. The contractor or utility company shall be
charged and shall pay on the following basis:
Repair of Penetration Asphalt Streets: $20.00 per yard
Repair of Concrete Streets: 20.00 per yard
Repair of Asphaltic Concrete Streets 20.00 per yard
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
