AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10001 LILE DRIVE IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z- 2391 -C - Described as a parcel of land in the SW's SE'k, NWk SEk
SEt SW's, and NE'k SWk, Sec. 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, and described as:
starting at the southeast corner of the SW'k SEk, Sec. 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence
N89° 36' west along the south line of said SW'k SEk for 1060 ft. to a point;
thence N00° 03' east for 848 ft. to a point; thence N89° 57' west for 4 ft. to
an iron pin which is the point of beginning; thence continue N89° 57' west for
600 ft. to an iron pin; thence N00' 03' east for 550 ft. to an iron pin; thence
S89° 57' east for 160 ft. to an iron pin which is the P.C. of a curve to the
right; thence along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 434.40
feet, by a chord bearing S64' 06' east for 378.82 ft. to an iron pin which is
the P.T. of said curve; thence S38° 15' east for 130.08 ft. to a point which
is the P.C. of a curve to the right; thence along a curve to the right, said
curve having a radius of 86.39 ft. by a chord bearing S19° 06' east for 56.68
feet to a point which is the P.T. of said curve; thence S00° 03' west for
229.32 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 6.666 acres more or less or
290,363 sq. ft.; subject to restrictions, easements and rights -of -way shown
on the public records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "E -1" Quiet
Business and "C" Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
