AN ORDINANCE SETTING MILK AND DAIRY INSPECTION
FEES REPEALING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In order to insure that all milk and milk products
sold in Little Rock are safe for human consumption and to finance
the costs of the services in inspection of milk and milk products
the following fees shall henceforth be charged for Milk Inspection
Fees.

SECTION 2. All ordinances

parts
of ordinances
in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
