AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10720 KAKIS ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is
hereby changed as indicated;
Z -2998 - described as a tract of land situated in Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas, being a part of the SWk SW'k, Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, of the 5th principal
meridian, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner
of said Section-3; thence S880 08' 06" E, 79.80 ft.; thence N010 51' 54" E, 40.0 ft.
to the point of beginning; thence along Arkansas Highway Department right -of -way
lines as follows: N300 36' 11" W, 64.0 ft.; thence N090 O1' 00" E, 75.2 ft.; thence
N210 53' 38" E, 104.4 ft.; thence N130 59' 00" E, 305.0 ft.; thence N3° 38' 10" E
204.4 ft.; thence N60 38' 00" W, 206.6 ft.; thence N50 00' 37" E, 150.3 ft.; thence
N69 °'58' 00" E,-115.6 ft.; thence S710 28' 00" E, 168.5 ft.; thence S500 22' 47" E,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
.SECTION -3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
