AN_.ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2996 - described as Lots 1 through 3 and 14,
Mercantile Trust Company Subdivision of Block 3, Hanger's Addition. From:
"C" Two - family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3017 - described as the north 50 feet of
Lots 1 and 2. Block 336, Original City. From: "G -1" Commercial District
To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -3021 - described as part of the SWk SE'k,
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described as: beginning at the
northeast corner of the SWk SE 4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence SO* 05' E
along the aast line 1325.85 ft. to the southeast corner of said SWk SE'k,
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W thereof; thence N89° 24' W along the south line of
said SWk SEk 856.00 ft.; thence NO° 05' W for a distance of 1321.37 ft. to
a point on the north line of said SWk SE'k; thence S89° 42' E for a distance
of 856.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 26.00 acres, more or less.
From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1 -A" Lodging, Nursing Home and Under-
taking District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
