AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z- 2106 -B - described as a parcel of land in
Riverdale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, situated in part of
the SW4, Section 28, SE4, Section 29 and the NE4, Section 32, T -2 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the southeast corner of the NW4, SW4 of Section 33, T -2 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence NOV 35' 00" E, 464.00 ft. to the
south property line of Riverdale Addition; thence N88° 43' 00" W, 483.19 ft.
along said south property line to the centerline of Riverfront Drive; thence
N190 46' 00" W, 3641.57 ft, along said centerline of Riverfront Drive to the
point of beginning; thence N19° 46' 00" W, 299.50 ft. along said centerline

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
