AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PAY THE
CITY'S SHARE OF METROCENTRE PHASE I COSTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $116,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to pay the
City's share of Metrocentre Phase I improvement costs. This
appropriation is made possible from the General Fund by the
reallocation of the sum of $133,000.00 formerly allocated for
the High Street Urban Renewal Project and the repayment by the
Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission of the sum of
$228,000.00 previously advanced by the City as a loan.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
