AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -3054 - described as the west 50 ft. of Lots
7 and 8 and the west 50 ft. of the south 15 ft. of Lot 9, Block 2, and the
north one -half of Lot 12, Block 2, all in Hanger's Addition. From: "C" Two -
family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3059 - described as a tract of land lying in
the NE'k SEk SEk SEk, Sec. 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: starting at the northwest corner SEk SEk, Sec. 3;
thence S00* 03' west along the west line of said SEk SEk for 169.5 ft. to a
point on the north right -of -way line of Lile Avenue; thence S89° 57' E along
said north right -of -way line for 184.8 ft. to an iron pin at the beginning of
a curve to the right, having a radius of 273.81 ft.; thence along said curve
by a chord bearing S80° 18' 30" E for 91.72 ft. to an iron pin at the south-
east corner of Lot 3, Baptist Medical Center Development, which is the point
of beginning; thence N23° 34' 30" E along the easterly line of said Lot 3 for
454.6 ft. to an iron pin on the southerly right -of -way line of Interstate
Highway #630; thence south 70° 03' E along said right -of -way line for 322.24
feet to an iron pin; thence S270 42' W for 494.14 ft. to an iron pin on the
northerly right -of -way line of Lile Avenue; thence N62° 18' W along said right-
of-way line for 246.7 ft. to the beginning of a curve to the left, having a
radius of 273.81 ft.; thence along said curve by a chord bearing N66° 29' W
for 39.95 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 3.29 acres, more or less.
From: "D" Apartment, "E" Apartment and "F" Commercial District To: "E -1"
Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
