AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 1800 BLOCK OF THAYER
STREET (NORTHWEST CORNER OF WRIGHT AVENUE) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -3065 - described as all of Lot 11 and Lot 10, Block 18, Worthen
and Brown's Addition, and the south 29 ft. of the east 92.5 ft. of Lot 10, also
part of the Wk of the SW'k of Section 9, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, described as follows:
begin at a point 49 ft. east of the east line of Jones Street on the north line
of said SWk; thence run south 90 ft. to the north line of Wright Avenue; thence
northeasterly along the north line of Wright Avenue 165 ft.; thence north 28 ft.
to the north line of said SW'k; thence west 160.5 ft. to the point of beginning.
From: "F" Commercial District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
