AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
LITTLE ROCK HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from Community Development Block Grant funds for use by the
Little Rock Historic District Commission in the establishment
of a local historic district. The funds will be used for
clerical, and drafting assistance, reproduction costs, travel
and consultant fees.
SECTION 2. The Finance Department of the City of Little
Rock is hereby directed to establish an account for the said
Historic District Commission with control of expenditures main-
tained by the City Manager's office.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
