AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 14.01 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO HEALTH
RULES AND REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 14.01 of the Code of Ordinances
which adopted the rules and regulations of the Arkansas State
Board of Health pertaining to Food Service Establishment is
hereby repealed inasmuch as the City has transferred Health
Department operations to Pulaski County.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
