AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 39 -105 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO ADMINISTRATION
AND ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 39 -105 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock pertaining to administration and enforce-
ment of parking ordinances is hereby amended by adding a sub-
section (d) thereto, which subsection (d) shall read as
follows:
(d) The Police Department is also hereby authorized to
utilize certain Auxiliary Policemen in the adminis-
tration and enforcement of parking ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, such Auxiliary Policemen to be
designated by the Chief of Police.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
