AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8623 ASHER AVENUE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -3096 - described as part of the SE'k SW'k NE'k NW'k, Section 23,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described as beginning at a point 49.8 ft.
east of the southwest corner of said SE'k SWk NE'k NW'k; thence east 78.4 ft. to
the southwest corner of Tract "B ", Cole Subdivision; thence NO* 49' E 244.5 ft.
to the northwest corner of said Tract "B "; thence 86° 00' W 74.1 ft.; thence
SO° 49' W 241.0 ft. to the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family District
and "C" Two - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
