AN ORDINANCE ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF FUNDS
RECEIVED AND TO BE RECEIVED PURSUANT TO
TITLE II OF FEDERAL LAW PL94 -369; APPROPRIATING
SAID FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City has received funds totaling $48,982.00
in federal monies made available by federal legislation entitled
the "Public Works Employment Act of 1976," representing accruals
for the third and fourth calendar quarters of 1976; and
WHEREAS, future mones are expected for the first, second
and third calendar quarters of-1977; and
WHEREAS, the 1977 Operating Budget for the City of Little
Rock as adopted by Ordinance #13,227 incorporates the entirety
of these funds, but does not identify their specific use.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. All funds herein referred to are hereby
appropriated for the financing of salary expenses within the
Department of Community Services, Solid Waste Collection Division,
being designated Budget Account #177- 2110 -101.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
