AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF APPROXIMATELY 130 ACRES OF LAND
FOR A SANITARY LANDFILL; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $130,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from Revenue Sharing Trust Funds to be used for the purpose of
purchasing approximately 130 acres of land to be used by the
City of Little Rock for sanitary land fill purposes, all pursuant
to Offer and Acceptance executed March 10, 1977 between the City
of Little Rock as Buyer and Ouachita Baptist University, as
Seller of the property described as:
The northeast a of the Northwest 4 of
the Southeast a of the Southwest a of
the Southwest 4 of the Southeast of
the Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of
lying west of Ironton Cutoff Road, al
South, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Section 16;
Section 9;
Section 9;
Section 16;
L in Township 1
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
