AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $57,375.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to pay a
portion of the City's share of operation and maintenance costs
of Central Arkansas Transit.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
