AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to be used
by the Little Rock Port Authority as a loan from the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, such loan bearing interest at the rate
of 6% per annum and to be repaid as soon as funds are available
from Port land sales.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
