AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #13,172 PERTAINING
TO RENOVATION OF CERTAIN CITY FACILITIES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance #13,172 passed July 6, 1976
pertaining to renovation of certain city facilities is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, hereby authorizes and approves renovation of the following
City facilities according to such renovation plans as may be
:approved by the City Manager:
1. Baird Building:
a. First Floor - LEAA Grant
b. Basement area
2. Material Yard
a. Traffic Addition
b. Vehicle Maintenance
C. Land Purchase
3. Police & Courts Building:
a. Existing Court Space
4. City Health Building:
a. Community Services
5. City Hall
6. Architectural /Contingency
10% each.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
