AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY
THE COST OF REMOVAL OF PUBLIC UTILITY LINES
IN THE NEW UNIVERSITY PARK PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $16,189.16 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the City's General Fund to be
used to defray the expense of removing a power line and a tele-
phone line from land in the new University Park area in order
to allow commencement of the Boy's Club facility and the City
tennis complex.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
