ORDINANCE NO. 13,276
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 7400 BLOCK OF ASHER
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF UM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -3117 - described as the N400' of a tract of land in the SW'k
of Sec. 13, T -1 -n, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Ark., being more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of Sec. 13, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence E 458.7' to the point of beginning; thence NOW 27' 41" E
840.99' to the south right -of -way line of Asher Avenue; thence N56° 37' E
287.14' along said right -of -way line; thence S00° 30' 45" W 998.99'; thence
W 237.6' to the point of beginning, containing 5.03 acres more or less. From:
"A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
