ORDINANCE NO 13,277
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ADJUSTMENTS
TO SICK LEAVE ACCRUALS OF CERTAIN RETIRED EMPLOYEES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $10,032.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to pay for
adjustments to sick leave accruals of certain retired Fire
Department Employees, which adjustments are due to a reexami-
nation of the City's prior opinion regarding sick leave.
SECTION 2. A copy of the names and the adjustment amounts
of those affected by this Ordinance is set out on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
