4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
5 DISTRICT TITLED ABUNDANT GRACE APOSTOLIC CHURCH
6 SHORT -FORM PID (Z- 8787), LOCATED AT 7601 SCOTT HAMILTON
7 DRIVE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
8 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
9 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from I -2,
14 Light Industrial District, to PID:
15 Tract 49, Little Rock Industrial District, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown
16 on plat recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 22, Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
17 Section 2. That the approval of Abundant Grace Apostolic Church Short-Form PID (Z- 8787),
18 located at 7601 Scott Hamilton Drive, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
19 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including all
20 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in
21 paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H
22 and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as
23 amended by the applicant.
24 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
25 Little Rock Planning Commission.
26 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Abundant Grace Apostolic
27 Church Short -Form PID (Z- 8787), located at 7601 Scott Hamilton Drive, is conditioned upon obtaining a
28 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of
29 Ordinances.
30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
31 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the

Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
