AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated: (Zoning Case File
No. Z -3168)
Subsection 1. Described as that area of St. Charles Addition
shown as Tract A of the preliminary plat (dated 31 January 1977,
approved 22 February 1977) from "A" One Family District to
"B" Residence District.
Subsection 2. Described as part of St. Charles Addition (preliminary
plat dated 31 January 1977, approved 22 February 1977) described
as beginning at the SE corner of Tract D; thence southwesternly
along the south line of Tract D to the north right -of -way of
St. Charles Boulevard; thence east along said north right -
of -way to a point which is the east line of Tract D extended;
thence northwesternly along said east line extended to the point
of beginning, from "A" One Family District to "B" Residence District.
Subsection 3. Described as the S 2 of Lot 5 and Lots 1 through 4
of Dogwood Heights Addition (plat dated 8 March 1962) from "A"
One Family District to "C" Two Family District.
Subsection 4. Described as those areas of St. Charles Addition
shown as Tracts E and F as shown on the approved preliminary plat

to the point of beginning, less and except beginning 210 feet

the east line of Section 5, which is 520 feet south of the NE corner

Township 1 N, Range 13 W, described as beginning 314.3 feet east of the

Subsection 11. Described as part of Tracts No. 14 and No. 19,

Subsection 33. Described as that portion of the W 440 feet of the
SW 4 of the NW 4, Section 4, Township 1 N, Range 13 W, lying south
of West Markham Street, less and except the south 500 feet thereof,
from "A" One Family District to "F" Commerical District.
Subsection 34. Described as that portion of Tract 9, Hillvale Addition,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated District
Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect and designate changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
