AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT
6100 BASELINE ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION I. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.

A tract of land described as part of the northeast one
quarter, northeast one quarter, northeast one quarter of Section
I, Township 1 south, range 13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Starting at a point which is located 25 feet south and 465
feet west of the northeast corner of said section; thence south
0 degrees, 05 minutes east, 21.60 feet to the point of
beginning; said point being a point on the south right -of -way
line of Baseline Road, thence north 85 degrees 48 minutes west
along said south right -of -way line 104.78 feet to a point;
thence south 0 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds west, 222.87
feet; thence east 105.75 feet; thence north 0 degrees, 05
minutes west, 215.2 feet to the point of beginning.
And:
Part of the northeast one quarter of the northeast one
quarter of the northeast one quarter of Section 1, Township 1
south, range 13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at a point which is 25 feet south and 569.5 feet
west of the northeast corner of said Section 1; thence south 0
degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds west, 13.93 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract of land herein described. Being a point
on the south right -of -way line of Baseline Road. Thence north
87 degrees, 10 minutes west along said south right -of -way line
and 104.67 feet to the west line of the said northeast one
quarter, northeast one quarter, northeast one quarter of Section
1; thence south along said west line for 228.12 feet; thence
east 105.75 feet; thence north 0 degrees, 12 minutes 30 seconds
east, 222.87 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A" One
Family District to: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION II. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
